Sparsh Bisht, a talented star chess player, student of class IX, impressed everyone with his exceptional performance at Late Shri SKA Zaidi Memorial Chess Tournament.
Despite being one of the youngest participants in the event, Sparsh displayed remarkable skill and composure, finishing 7th among a field of top-notch players, including internationally rated professionals. The tournament saw fierce competition, with over 110 players from across Uttarakhand, including more than 40 internationally rated players.
Sparsh’s impressive performance not only earned him glory but also highlighted the rising talent from our school, his achievement at such a young age is a reflection of his talent, discipline, and the high level of training provided by our school.
Sparsh’s success serves as an inspiration to all the young chess enthusiasts at Ann Mary School, encouraging them to pursue their passion for the game.
