On 21 December 2024, Ann Mary School bid a warm and emotional farewell to its passing-out batch of Class XII students with a memorable farewell ceremony, marking the end of an era for the students who have spent years building their futures at the school.
The event began with a traditional prayer, followed by a lamp-lighting ceremony, which was performed by the Honorable Secretary Dr. Jitendra Joshi, Chairperson Mrs. Anuradha Joshi, Director Ms. Ankita Joshi, Principal Dr. Preeti Saxena, and Vice Principal Mrs. Pallavi Gupta. This symbolic gesture set the tone for a celebration of achievements and fond farewells.
After the lamp-lighting, a traditional Ganesh Vandana was performed, further enriching the spiritual ambiance of the occasion.
The ceremony was filled with vibrant performances by Class XI students, including a captivating Jagar Folk Dance and an energetic Bollywood Dance, both of which had everyone tapping their feet to the electrifying beats. A comedy skit added a fun element, leaving the audience rolling with laughter.
The event was also the occasion to award students for their exceptional achievements by recognizing students for excellence in various fields, the awardees are:
Soham Chhabra who was honored for Debating,
Ekanshi Mittal for Academics, and
Shreya Gupta for Fine Art.
The coveted titles of Best All Rounder Role Model of Ann Mary School (BARMAMS) Girl and Boy were awarded to Akshita Sinha and Arnav Pathania, respectively.
The ceremony also celebrated the first and second runners-up in the categories:
1st Runner-Up (Boy): Suyash Rawat
1st Runner-Up (Girl): Reva Vaish
2nd Runner-Up (Boy): Swastik Garg
2nd Runner-Up (Girl): Anvesha Bisht
