The two-day AMS Inter-School Fest 2025 began on an enthusiastic note as participating schools from across the city assembled at Ann Mary School for the grand opening ceremony. The morning commenced with a welcome note by the hosts, Sanchit Batra and Deepanshi Joshi, followed by a prayer by Head Boy Rishabh Khandka. To seek divine blessings, Gaytree Rautela presented a graceful dance performance. The ceremony continued with the traditional lighting of the lamp, after which the Principal, Mrs. Pallavi Gupta, delivered her welcome address and declared the fest open.
Day 1 featured competitions in both the English Debate (Oxford Format) and the Technology Fest, which included BotCraft, CodeCrack, and GameOn!. The English Debate was won by St. Jude’s School, while in the Technology events, Doon Presidency School claimed first place in BotCraft, Summer Valley School in CodeCrack, and The Asian School in GameOn!.
The Debate was judged by Dr. Annie Singh and Mrs. Reena Arora, while the Technology Fest was adjudged by Dr. Ramnarayan and Mr. Ankit Chamoli from Uttanchal University. The Technology Fest was conducted in association with the Department of Research and Innovation, Uttanchal University.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and was attended by staff and students of Ann Mary School. Day 2 will feature the Psychology Fest and Art Fest, promising another day of creativity, expression, and interschool collaboration.
