The English Debate Competition, held on 14th October 2025 as part of the much-awaited Cultural Week 2025, was an impressive display of intellect, confidence, and eloquence. Students from Classes VI to VIII took the stage to express their opinions on thought-provoking topics.
The topics for the debate were:
- Class VI: Is early exposure to Digital Devices Damaging Childhood?
- Class VII: Exams: A Measure of Memory, Not Education
- Class VIII: Should the torch of Values be Passed Unchanged from Elders to Youth?
The event was chaired by Aanya Singh of Class XII, who guided the proceedings with poise. Judges Mrs. Neharika Chanana and Mrs. Pooja Chauhan evaluated participants on clarity, argumentation, and confidence.
Organized under the guidance of Middle School Coordinator Mrs. Rita Pandey and supported by a team of teachers, the event ran smoothly. Principal Mrs. Pallavi Gupta congratulated the winners and appreciated all participants for their spirited performances.
The competition not only encouraged public speaking and critical thinking but also celebrated healthy debate as an important part of school life.
