On Friday, 25th July 2025, Ann Mary School, hosted a Health and Nutrition Workshop for the students of Class IX, as part of the Sankalp Sampoorna Swasthya (SSS) initiative. The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Pande, Core Team Member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP), and was aimed at promoting awareness around healthy lifestyle choices among adolescents.

Sankalp Sampoorna Swasthya (SSS) is a national-level structured training program launched by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). It focuses on inculcating healthy habits in children through structured awareness on nutrition, wellness, and preventive health practices.

The session was led by Ms. Shivaa Rawat, a trained SSS Workshop Facilitator, heritage educator, and cultural development strategist with global experience. The event was graced by the Director, Ms. Ankita Joshi, the Principal, Mrs. Pallavi Gupta, and the teaching faculty. In her message, the Director stated, “Awareness is the first step towards good health. It is essential that students understand how everyday choices affect their long-term well-being.”

On behalf of the school, the Principal extended a heartfelt vote of thanks to the facilitators and the IAP team for their valuable contribution to adolescent health education. The session concluded with a powerful message to the students: to remain committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and making conscious food choices as part of their daily lives.
